GENDER-BALANCED GOVERNANCE
COMBINING THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND A SPIRIT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP

In order to best fulfil its missions, Arty Farty strives constantly to strengthen its systems of governance. These efforts are guided by two fundamental objectives:

TO PRESERVE ITS INDEPENDENCE

TO GUARANTEE THE SUSTAINABILITY OF ITS PROJECTS, ITS PEOPLE AND ITS COLLECTIVE ADVENTURES.

This model of gender-balanced governance combining public interest and entrepreneurial spirit is built around four values:

BALANCE OF POWERS

TRANSPARENCY

COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE

NON-PROFIT MANAGEMENT

ISO 20121 CERTIFICATION

An ongoing process to improve the CSR policy of the Arty Farty ecosystem was first implemented several years ago.

Achieving ISO 20121 certification is an important step in this process. This certification – which has become, in just a few years, a standard for the events industry – pertains to the sustainable management of our organisation, its flexibility and its capacity to adapt to changes in the sector. It will enable us to achieve our current CSR goals, which will then be reviewed and adjusted with each passing year.

Herry Conseil, experts in sustainable management and ISO 20121 certification, will be working alongside our three structures (Arty Farty, Culture Next and Toast) and our staff to help us progress towards a structured, coherent and certified CSR approach ahead of the twentieth edition of Nuits Sonores (in May 2023).

The importance we place on the professional credibility of our organisation is thereby matched by the sincerity of our social and environmental commitments. A plan has been drawn up and various milestones have been set, which we will progressively achieve over the twelve months that remain before our certification.
